Difficult to see display.

I have to say I'm quite disappointed..I can hardly see the screen and I purchased 2 metal bracelet like bands that say they are for the surge yet there is no way to take off the band and changing it...I like the features but wonder if it's worth keeping...any advice

Welcome to the forums @Carylann. I've moved your post from Charge to Surge board so this can help other users with the same tracker's concerns. I'd like to clarify that the Fitbit Surge is only one piece, there is no way to exchange the bands since they are attached to the tracker itself. If you're having issues with the display of your Surge I'd recommend restarting it following these instructions:

 

  1. Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.
