My watch vibrated and then the display disappeared. The green sensor lights are working and the battery is charged. I have tried to restart three times. Please advise. Thank you!

Hello @airballoon and good to see you around in our community. Regularly the product team release new updates fro the Fitbit app and tracker's firmware to enhance some feature and improve stability and some may contain new features. Although as we consider the most important are the suggestions given by our users, here in the community I haven't received any news regard a recent update that I can communicate at the moment. Nonetheless if there is a new update on its way, the information will be posted here in our community boards and in the following article: What's changed in the latest tracker update?
