When it gets wet like that You should put it in a bowl of rice for a few days to take out the Moisture

! I'm so sorry to hear what happened to your Surge my friend.
Did you try @WendyB's suggestion? Please place your tracker into a bowl of dry rice for 24 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the unit. Following this, please attempt to restart your tracker using @SunsetRunner' steps.
