Display won't stop flashing

I was standing on some rocks on the beach for a photo and was splashed by a wave, my Surge got a little wet, but continued to work fine. Now, 3 days later, the screen won't stop flashing and I cannot turn it off. It is still working fine. Support recommended I get a new one

When it gets wet like that You should put it in a bowl of rice for a few days to take out the Moisture

I would go with what support said.

It's nice to see you around the Community @Petdr954 ! I'm so sorry to hear what happened to your Surge my friend. 

Did you try @WendyB's suggestion? Please place your tracker into a bowl of dry rice for 24 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the unit. Following this, please attempt to restart your tracker using @SunsetRunner' steps.

Yes, I have tried restarting it multiple times…that doesn’t work. But on the bright side, the flashing is slowly diminishing over the past few weeks.

They'll be more than glad to give you a hand on this, don't forget to mention all the steps you've done so far and also don't forget to check the warranty policy.
