Inconvenience with Surge

i was satisfied with surge, until last night, my wrist was burnt by the charging port. I was at home (dry, not sweating) , and suddenly felt the pain, and then a blister (same as as the charging port) was seen . Emailed fitbit to follow up.

Anyone has similar experince?

Hey @william_hk thanks for being part of the Community! That's weird and I have never heard something like this. For sure it was a good call getting in touch with support, please wait for them to reply to see what can do to solve this situation. I'm sure they will be glad to further assist.
