Green light broken

The green heartrate sensor on the back of my Fitbit is nonstop blinking on the left side and has stopped working on the right side. Has anyone else had trouble with this? I called Fitbit about my concern and they say there is nothing they can do. I've been buying and advocating for Fitbit for many years and am frustrated with this response, considering my dad just got a replacement for his broken wristband on the same model. The best they can do is 25% off because I've already replaced two of my old Fitbits.

Welcome to the Forums @Klc9793Our Limited Warranty provides replacements for trackers deemed to have a manufacturer's defect within 365 days of purchase. Because your tracker didn't meet these warranty conditions, the advocate offered a courtesy discount of 25% good towards the purchase of any tracker.

Fitbit strives for excellent customer service and in the past often replaced trackers that were not covered under warranty. Though customer satisfaction remains our number one goal, the demands of running a global business require that we now enforce our warranty consistently.
