My Fitbit surge is not displaying the correct amount of steps, calories burned, and miles but when I sync it to the app on my phone it shows the correct numbers on my app. I tried restarting it but it did not work. Any suggestions?

If restarting did not hep then I would Contact Support

Hope you’re having a great day @Kathenry17 and welcome to the Forums! If you already tried the restart and your tracker is currently syncing but is still not showing the correct information. Are you logging any activity? When it started happening? Have you done anything different?
