Disrupted view after mountainbike ride

The view of my Fitbit Surge is disrupted after a mountainbike ride. A reset did not solve the problem. Can anyone help me?

Do the restart at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help
Contact Support and attach a picture of the watch

Wow, that doesn't sound good! But @WendyB, is right, have you tried the restart more than once already? Is it still syncing? When you said that it is disrupted, what do you mean? It keeps showing a logo a blank screen or anything else?
