Hello.

My Fitbit Surge is counting all my steps, floors etc.. but if I dont sync it with the Fitbit app before the next day all my counts is deleted. It shows 0 steps from yesterday. Only the activity that I manually chose on the watch like for example run is logged in the app.

 

I do not have any problems with the battery. This have been a problem for over a month, maybe more.

After a little bit research I went to settings on my phone and put the time / date to automatically, so now it worked..

 

My bad, just close this thread.
