Hi I emailed your selves on Wednesday which I had a reply on thursday which was appreciated how ever on the email I originally wrote I clearaly said my name was Anthony and in the reply I was called Emma (that's not a issue really) I then responded to the reply within minutes and I am still waiting for another response. Please can you notify me on when I will know what's happening please. Case number is  #21460431.
