This zone is good, it is the low-to-medium intensity exercise zone and your heart is 50 to 69% of maximum. There is no risk to be in that zone for that long. Can you explain why sometimes my fitbit gives a low pulse reading (eg just now of 70) but shows the two bars of fat burn zone? Not during exercise.
