Feedback about Surge Band

The forums and the internet in general is littered with the Surge Band being sub-standard and breaking. Then the replacement breaking. Then pathetic discount offered. His is an expensive product and no one at Fitbit is admitting the substandard product and production! 

 

When will you own up Fitbit?! Do I need to call press contacts about this?

I'm sorry for your problems.

 

I have had my surge since 2015 and do not have this problem.

 

Is it rubbing up against clothing? Are you doing product care?

Yes it’s clothing related. Bubbling under the Band, 3 times in a row with is clothing related.
