Unique time sync issue?

So bit of a conundrum, been searching Google and forums for about an hour and can't find this specific issue.

The clock on my fitbit surge is just fine, displays the correct time, everything smooth on that end. The issue is that the time on my app doesn't match my phone or watch time. I have the time zone set to +3 due to location and the app believes it's in a +1 zone.

Not a big dealbreaker, but it is mildly infuriating especially when tracking daily activity, setting alarms(have to set for 5a if I want the alarm to sound at 7a), etc.

If anyone has a hot fix for this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I am confused by this statement. You need to set it for the time zone you are in

To clarify, my phone and my fitbit Surge are set to the time that zone I am in, however the fitbit app believes it is in a different time zone.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Catastropie, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. @WendyB thanks for sharing.

Thanks for confirming that your Surge and your phone are showing the correct time.  Have you tried these steps, so it can be placed automatically instead:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option.
  4. Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.

Make sure your phone has same option "on".

Keep me posted.
