Not updating System is Busy

It isn’t letting me update my surge, saying “unable to start firmware update” because the system is busy. Anyone know how to resolve this or if it’s working on being resolved?

Thanks for sharing your inquiry. If you're having issues updating your Surge, make sure your phone and your Fitbit App are up to date and then follow these steps at the end the tracker will connect back with the correct firmware version.
