Hi Guys,
I have just got a fitbit surge, I have logged in and synced to the watch but it is still showing "lets get started, Configuration".
The dash board shows it has synced but is saying there is a new software, it starts the download and then says download failed. I have been using the cable to connect to the computer, a windows computer.
Any ideas on how to reset and start again, or ideas if I have been doing something wrong.

Thanks for the details! I think that you can use the Fitbit Connect program to try to connect it again after restarting your Surge a couple of times. I think that this should do the trick!
