Updated my iphone to ios11.1.... phone will not sync with the watch. I cannot swipe on my watch and it is also not displaying the right time. I have hard restarted the watch, restarted my phone, deleted the app to reinstall, forgot the device. When I power on my Surge it takes about 20 minutes for the fitbit logo to change to time display and then the time is of by an hour and 40 minutes.. Customer service is telling me there is nothing they can do as my watch is over a year old and we have tried all the necessary steps to bring it back to life.. They did offer a 20% discount on a new watch...o boy. Surely there has to be a fix? worked fine before the update

I updated to 11.1 today too and experiencing the same issue. It was syncing fine earlier today before the update.
