Hey! Yesterday the tiny rubber clap on my fitbit Surge tore. It's very annoying as the end of the strap gets into way of everything. Could I buy replacement tiny rubber clap? I only found some on ebay with shipping of 15€. (I'm from Slovakia).

Thanks for reaching out the Forums! Currently, we don't have that option on the Fitbit store. Feel free to see any other option that you consider for your band. For example on amazon or any other authorized retailer, maybe they have a better option for your band; although take in count that it will affect your Fitbit warranty. Please note that eBay is not in the list of authorized retailers too, for more details check you warranty information here.
