I am very concerned about the disrespectful and rude Admin Craig Raper. Since his arrival, he has made multiple comments that are extremely rude. In addition, he makes unilateral decisions to delete posts even though the posts do not violate any posted rule. Please help.

Craig is not an administrator or an employee of Fitbit. He is, however, part of the Community Council, a group of forum members who volunteer to help others by posting and sharing information.

 

CC members do not have the ability to edit or to delete forum posts. We, like other members, have the ability to edit our own posts, but not to delete them.

 

Fitbit employees are easy to spot by their forum names, which includes "FItbit" and you can read more about that here - click
