My Fitbit Surge silicone band broken within 8 months after buying. The shop in Malaysia tell me the silicone band got no warranty. Why is it so when i read here got 1 year warranty?

@jaj_prakaash9  Your FitBit is covered by a 1 year warranty, this includes tha band.  If it's less than 1 year old then you're covered.
