Fitbit Surge Dead after 3 Months

I have been using Fitbit Surge for the last 3 Months and now it has given up. It doesnt charge anymore or completly dead now. I have cleaned the contacts and tried charging multiple times and no go.

 

Tried calling Support 000 800 100 4540 (India) and number does not exist. Stuck & Need a way out asap.

You have the correct number for India so I don't know why that's not working. As an alternative you could email them or web chat (note that the web chat option is only there when someone is available)
