Hi everyone
I hope you're all doing well.
Bought a fitbit surge a 3 days ago, since then i've trying to sync with my devices.
i've charged it 2 hours as requested in other topic.
I've got an iPhone 6 iOS v. 11.1.2 and laptop Windows10. unfortunately i'm unable to sync with devices via bluetooth only via USB cable. i'm just thinking ...what's the point to have a device that doesn't sync? search a lot around the community and i can see lot of people having the same issue.
Any idea how can i get this to work??

What you will need to do is to turn on your bluetooth on the phone go toe the fitbit app press the box with the arrow going out of it and it will take you to another screen with a bunch of icons and a white space next the the last icon you will then click the white space in the app and then your phone should be able to find the device i have a many i phones and never had this issue i currently have an iPhone 6splus best regards jason young
