Hi all,
ive had my Surge for about 7-8 months and I think it's fantastic. But recently the strap has started to come away and bubble up along the bottom of the watches face.
How do I go about getting it repaired/replaced and is it still under warranty.

This happened to my surge as well. When I got in contact with Fitbit's customer services, they sent me a replacement after establishing that indeed I had pursued the surge.

What did you use to prove purchase.
It it was a gift for fathers day and the only proof I think I can get is the order from Tesco online.
I dnt think we had a physical receipt.
