Fitbit Surge won't vibrate

Hello, recently my Fitbit surge stopped vibrating. I have tried resetting it twice and three or four times but nothing seems to work. But it doesn't seem sufficient as a fitness tracker if there is no vibration. I appreciate the help.

If you have restarted it a few times as explained in this article and that didn't fix it for you, then you need to contact support.
