When one receives a Fitbit Surge and fails to swipe out of box, and reading hundreds of comments on this forum, with same problems....it does put a dent in the quality of this tracker, so back in the box it goes until some sort of upgrade is done. I have found the Samung Gear Fit2 a real good alternative! Come on Fitbit do something to halp rather than the default reset which does nothing, maybe now you have bought Peebles, you can swap ideas on how to make a fitness tracker!

Did you even charge it? Needs to be charge to swipe it. And set it up as well for it to work.

I also have Samsung Gear Fit2, it is very convenient and works perfectly. I dreamed for a long time about a new fitness tracker, because I lost mine. Fortunately, my friends gifted me a new one on my birthday and I can follow again, my activity, sleep, and pulse. Indeed, this birthday was full of surprises and joy. My boyfriend made me the proposal to marry him! I was really on the seventh heavens. I started to choose my wedding dress and the place where to celebrate. I even found cool wedding bobbleheads for the cake on https://bestcustombobbleheads.com/collections/custom-wedding-bobbleheads. They look really nice. I want to do everything so that the holiday goes off perfectly despite the quarantine.
