Hi just wondering does anyone know why my Fitbit surge isn't linking to my runkeeper! I'm new to Fitbit and linked Fitbit to my runkeeper account on the laptop! Went for a run today and checked my runkeeper it didn't connect! When I check my account settings on runkeeper app on my phone Fitbit isn't on it only Facebook, garmin etc, but when I check on the laptop it's saying it's connected! Does it only connect through the laptop or can you connect it to your app on your phone too?! Very confused here 😔

Thanks for joining us @Tracyf228! Seems odd that Runkeeper is not currently syncing with your Fitbit Account. Thanks for the details that you add in your post. Once you connect both Apps they should be communicating in your phone or in your computer. Have you tried revoking access from your Fitbit Dashboard and then re-link both apps again, for this process it's best to use the computer; but it should be only for troubleshooting purposes. If your Fitbit Surge is syncing all the information to your Fitbit Account, it will take just a moment to sync to Runkeeper Account. 

 

You can also get in touch with them, just to check if they have information about this issue. From our end it should be working just fine.

Hi!

 

Im new to FitBit and just tried to do the same thing, not working. FitBit app is not supported on the Runkeeper website.

 

Any news about this?

I'm glad to see you around, I'd like to know if you're getting an specific message or any type of error while using these two apps. The steps given above usually help to solve any type of issue related to RunKeeper App, the next step would be get in touch with them. Cat Frustrated
