Search through the forums you will find lots of others with the same issue. If you are in Europe you have a 2 year warranty, anywhere else and it's 1 year. If you still have warranty I would take it back to place of purchase with my receipt or contact fitbit support. If out of warranty then fitbit may offer you a discount on a new tracker but before accepting I would check the forums and then make a decision. You can buy a non genuine band from the internet, watch a you tube video on how to replace the band and fix it yourself as others have on this forum. Good luck !
