Hey @Crewzing6, thanks for popping by the forums!
Sorry to read about your Surge. Fitbit doesn't have a repair center so you can take it, but as @WendyB said our best recommendation is to contact our Support Team, they can check your information and provide you with the best solution based in your Fitbit warranty. You can reach them via email, or if you prefer you can chat or calling them at:
Keep me posted with the outcome!

If your surge is more than 12 months old...NO. According to Fitbit, you have to throw it away and by a new one from them. They will offer you a 25% discount though, so you'll only have to spend another $187 instead of $20 to replace a band.
Yep, because a band that "should" be replaceable broke, you have to buy a brand new device. Doesn't that sucks?
I'm having the same issue, band is completely coming apart but they told me there is no fix, nor is there one in the works. I'd have to buy a new one. I'm thinking that over...buying a different brand of tracker that is. I'm so mad a Fitbit right now. I understand they can't warrant the thing for life, I get that, but really...nobody there thought bands might need to be replaced? Poor planning and design on Fitbits part!
