I've just bought a fitbit surge and a day after lost my phone. I would like to link it and complete a setup twith my Tablet while still waiting for my cellphone to be replaced and wonder if I link it with my Tablet it wont cause any confusion when I later link it to my phone.

 

In summary, Can fitbit surge work on two devices or i'll have to disconnect it from my Tablet when I need to link it with my phone?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I need to complete the setup.

You should be able to just login to your existing fitbit account on your tablet and sync - there's no need to go through the setup process again. It's worth checking that the tablet is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices
