Hi, @Antanas, did you buy this Surge directly from Fitbit or was it from someone else?

@WendyB counterfeit logos exist.

@SunsetRunner, this is why it is important to know whether it was bought directly from Fitbit or from someone else.
Having said that, I have not heard of a lot (or in fact, any) counterfeit Surge devices (the counterfeits so far are mainly lower level devices like the Flex), so I think my friend @WendyB is correct that this is likely to be a genuine Fitbit device. It might get a little complicated for warranty purposes if this one has been sold on by a third party. That is why I asked.

No, these fitbits are selling in internet market. But it's not official seller like fitbit. It's selling by private sellers. I think it could be replacement from fitbit. ETC. if you broke your original warranty fitbit watch, the fitbit company send you another one for replace. Just how about these watches warranty...?

Hi, @Antanas, well, I did not want to say until I knew how you had bought it, but I do know that if your Fitbit needs to be replaced under warranty they send it out in a plastic bag (such as the one you have photographed) rather than the box which comes with an original purchase. So I am guessing that you are getting a genuine Fitbit product, but you are not the original purchaser. This is probably one that has already been replaced under warranty.
Mostly warranties are not transferable (usually the company only warrants the original purchaser) and, in any case, if this Surge has already been replaced, even if you are covered (doubtful), you will only be covered up to the (unknown) date of original purchase or 3 months/ 30 days (depending on jurisdiction) from the replacement date (also unknown), whichever is longer.
If you purchase a new Fitbit product from Fitbit, as you are in the EEA, you will be covered by a two year warranty. You may want to take this information into account in making your decisions. I am not speaking for Fitbit, of course, but it looks to me like you have a completely, or mostly, unwarranted product.

@SunsetRunnerI know that. I never siad there were not.
@AntanasI have to agree with Julia that you have purchased an Unwarranted product.
