Ok so purchased the new fitbit surge and for some reason it is not updating keeps saying could not complete your fitbit surge update and so since it wont do the update I cant use the watch as it stays on the fitbit.com/setup configaration face and wont load into the fitbit time etc and can only set up the device with my pc
already tried most if not all mentioned things such as unplugging restarting device etc anyone have any tips or resolutions?

Welcome to the Community @Distured. I appreciate the efforts you put in trying to fix the setup inconvenience you have. I recommend Restarting the tracker a couple of times more and after the restart process follow the Setup Procedure from a computer. If this doesn't work, feel free to contact our Support Team.
