Hello there,
I recently got a firbit surge.However inspite of installing the softawre andsynchronising its still not working.the mainscreen isstuck.Can anybody help please

Note: If it is not connecting to your phone check that both Fitbit App and your phone are up to date. Also trying a different device can help, to have instructions for different devices check this post. Feel free to contact Customer Support to get help about this if nothing of this works. ![]()
