My Fitbit surge is vibrating continuously for no reason. How can I resolve this?

Does it do so when its plugged in and charging? Do you have notifications turned on in your fitbit settings?

It started in the middle of the night last night while on my wrist. I tried turning it off and on and plugging it in. But it has continued. It vibrated while plugged in as well. I also turned off notifications without a change. Jesse James Retherford LMT FMS NKT Movement Therapist Life Changer http://www.tao-fit.com 512-587-2283

I've noticed with my surge that when I have it plugged in and charging, it makes an initial vibration to indicate that it's charing but the plug seats awkwardly in the power slot for the surge. I believe (and I could be wrong) this causes it to constantly register as *Connect-Disconnect-Connect* while charging, therefore causing the surge to constantly vibrate.

If this isn't the problem, also check into seeing if you have any alarms set on your surge that you haven't disabled.

It happens most when it not plugged in being charged. So this is not the problem. No alarms are set. Jesse James Retherford LMT FMS NKT Movement Therapist Life Changer http://www.tao-fit.com 512-587-2283

Well sorry to say, but that's where my knowledge dips off.

I have the same problem with my Surge. You can sometimes stop the vibration by moving or pressing the bracelet. I think it must be a broken or intermittent contact inside the watch  as it responds this way.
