Hey I'm wondering if anyone can be of some assistance my Fitbit surge band broke thru the screws I'm not sure how it happened my Fitbit is awesome & I'll be lost without it I don't see anything I can do to replace the straps help please!!!!! thank you

You can't replace the straps. If the Surge is still in warranty then you should contact Fitbit support and let them help you out.
