I did a long race over the weekend and the battery died. My dashboard shows the steps, HR info and distance covered but there's no map of the route or export to my linked Strava. Any suggestions about why this happened or if it can be retrieved?
The battery has run out previously and all tracking info was available when it charged up again.
Thanks

Hey, hey, @alcraw! It is nice to have you here. Congratulations for the race! How was it?
Hmmm...in this case I would say to get your information on your dashboard you can manually log the running, and to restart your tracker and try to sync.
Also, you can revoke the access from your dashboard and link Strava again. Keep in mind that his can only be done using a computer or a browser and not on the App.
Let me know what happens.
