App and surge not same kms?

So today my surge Watch tracked 7kms but when syncing to app the app says 2km and the map if off? Anyone else have this problem?

Hi there, @RunKellyRun! Heart Welcome to the family! I'm sorry to hear that your Surge is behaving a little weird. 

 

Please try to restart your tracker and also log out and back in from the App, sync again and let me know what happens.
