My surge's green lights stay on, not flashing , even when I turn the Fitbit off. It's so bright and irritating that I have to put it in a drawer. This is something that may stayed happening yesterday.

The first thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves like this is a restart:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work first time.
