Hi, I travelled to Italy and my surge automatically updated to european time which is one hour ahead of London time and when I returned it didnt change back to London time. I have followed the advice by going to my settings and clicking on the london time zone which shows +1, and my surge still shows as one hour ahead and not the correct time, please advise, Peter

It must sync before it takes place.

Also sometimes changing it to a different time Zone and Syncing and changing back to the correct one and syncing work

Thank you, by changing the time in Preferences and Time zone to European time, then saving, then changing again to London UK time in Preferences and Time zone and saving has wotrked!

Peter, I have just done the opposite as I live in Italy. I've travelled back and forth many times to uk without a hitch in changing auto to new time zones. This time however it didn't and I've tried everything on this board. Anyhow today I see someone has the answer and it's a case of just deleting the city you live in (in pref) and leave that blank. Then setup as you would normally with time zones without any city as your home and it will sync automatically. This was the only workaround I've found that works.
