Why isn't there a way to download your Surge Data through the charging cable. My Surge won't download for two weeks through Blue Tooth and I'm going to lose my "Athlete's" Standing.

You can download some data from the website or use IFTTT to create daily spreadsheets of your data. The data is not stored on the tracker.

@Blackadder are yippy asking about aces to your fitbit data or saying that your Ionic has not been syncing?

I'm not sue of wee understand what your issue is,  does the ionic data show up on the app,  how do yippy sync your tracker.
