Having issues Tracking Sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fitbit Surge used to track my sleep impeccably. In the last month or so it is only saying I get 2-4 hours of sleep a night which is totally not the case. I know for a fact I'm getting more than that, but it refuses to track it. Has anyone else had this issue or knows how to correct it?

Hey there @RyanWB94. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

It's strange that your tracker is no longer recording your sleep accurately but I'd say, try to restart your tracker as @SunsetRunner says and if this doesn't help, you could go into your tracker's settings online and here scroll down to sleep tracking. If it's set to normal, try to change it to sensitive and save the changes and see how it goes the next night.

Let us know how it goes!
