Heart Rate graph doesn't update when Fitbit is synced

 When I open my app on my iPhone and look at the dashboard, my current heart rate matches that of the Fitbit.  If I click on the tile and attempt to look at  my heart rate for the entire day, it doesn't have it updated to the present time. Currently it's noon and it looks as if my heart rate stopped logging at 6 AM. This is happened before if I go to check my trends from the day before a complete graph will be there. Why is it not updating every time I access the app and sync my fit bit surge? I have health problems that I would like to use this in real time for.

Thanks for joining us @DrRosie, welcome to the Forums! That's pretty odd. Have you tried to log out and log back in from the Fitbit App, it sounds like a bug. Also check that you're currently using the latest version of the Fitbit App and any update in your phone.

I'm having the same issue.  My heart rate graph will only sync and update the first time I look at it each day.  After the first time, it will not update until the next day no matter how many times I sync.  I tried resetting my surge, still have the problem.  Any help would be appreciated, I like to look at my heart rate log a few times a day, it stinks that I can't see that data until th e next day.

Thank you for the details and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried, that's a really unusual behaviour of your Fitbit Surge. My best recommendation is to contact our Support Team, so they further investigate the case and check what is wrong with your Fitbit.
