My Surge has stopped allowing me to see details of my logged heart rate. I can still see the resting heart rate number but cannot access the details. this issue began last week, before the latest IOS upgrade.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Vincent-56, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
Thanks for sharing this information and for updating your Fibit App. Have you tried to force quite the App? You can also restart your phone and then open it again. It should be showing all the HR information after doing this, if not please can you please attach a picture of what you can see there.
I'll be around.

This is a screenshot of what my Fitbit displays. I also noticed the green lights are not flashing on the back of the unit.

If the lights are not flashing then the heart rate will not be seen. Do you see the heart rate on the Surge?
The setting to turn on the heart rate is found in settings.
Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?

Hi @Vincent-56 thanks for sharing that screenshot. I agree with what @Rich_Laue suggested, you can check those steps and if that doesn't work; we can check the next step.
Let me know if you have questions about it.
