Heart rate tracker and home button not working

Noticed my heart rate monitor wasnt working yesterday - so I did some research and found I should do a restart. Tried to do this and the home button isn't working so can't do the restart!! Or track any run.. any idea's?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thanks for the info..  think I need to contact support. Managed to get it to do a reset by changing the clock which got the heart rate monitor working again, but the home (left) button still isn't working
