surge wont sync

Hi

 

I have just got a replacement surge.  I have disconnected my old one and tried to sync the new one but its not working.  the app is registering steps but, I cannot see the steps, clock or heart rate on the watch itself. When I try to sync on the app it says there is an error.  I have tried turning the phone, the watch and bluetooth on and off and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Help please?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
