Hi I've just recently bought the versa 2 but it's not picking up my heartrate tried resetting tracker tried all the tips but nothing is working any ideas?

Have you set the setting to be on or Auto? Its under settings then Heart rate. I would check there anyway as maybe it got turned off by accident?

 

Try a restart

 

If that doesn't help then contact support by using the Help link at the top of the forum
