I am trying to sync my surge. It has been showing wrong date and time for a month. I gave up for a while but I really need my fitbit. Everytime I go to sync, my fitbit will automatically turn off bluetooth itself, therefore I can never sync. So frustrated.
Please help!!!

Are you sure its the Fitbit and not your phone?
My Bluetooth turns off on occasion. But its my phone

Fitbit shuts down my bluetooth and the only way to get it back up and running is to reboot my phone. I know it's fitbit, because if I uninstall it, I have no problems. After reinstalling fitbit, within a few hours, bluetooth shuts off and I can't turn it back on. This is a major problem.

I have the same problem but I get a message on my phone saying specifically that Fitbit turned off my Bluetooth.
