Help, Fitbit Surge not syncing with iPad.

My Surge works awesome, and has for weeks.....but now it won't sync with my iPad or my phone and download my recent activity through Bluetooth......what can I do????? I've tried reloading Fitbit ap on both.......help!!!!

Welcome to the Community @Hagroves! The first I recommend is that you restart your Surge, this will release any information on your Surge, rest assured you'll keep your information. Thanks for moving the post @SunsetRunner!
