Home button and reset not working cant even get my surge to sync to the app really annoying

This is my third and quite possibly my last surge can't get it to reset or sync

Really hard to detrimen your question when it was the title of the post

 

Try a restart

Do it at least 3 times.

If the left button doesn't work, you can still do a shutdown through the settings. this will also reset the hardware.
