Hourly Activity Notifications (250+ Steps)

My friend (with a FitBit Alta) gets notifications that help her reach the Hourly Activity Goal (250+ steps per hour). I can't figure out how to turn ON those notifications (otherwise, i can't tell how many steps i have already done in a given hour unless i write it down manually and subtract....). Where do I turn on theses notifications? (i have already looked under "notifications")

I'm afraid the "reminder to move" notifications are only available on the Alta at the moment.

We really need this feature on the CHARGE. It shouldn't be that hard to update the unit with the software, after all it already buzzes us. 

Please FITBIT do this.
