Hi there @Charsr. Welcome to the Community! 🙂
It depends on what you want to change the language for. If it's for your online dashboard, make sure to go to the bottom of the page and there you will find your region. This is basically for language purposes. Here you can choose any english speaking country you feel more identified with and this will change your online dashboard language.
If you'd like to change the language on your mobile app or on your tracker itself, make sure that your language has been properly set on your phone itself and this will change the language on your app and your tracker as well.
hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks for getting back @Charsr 🙂
Is your phone set to english on your phone settings? If so, and if your app dashboard is also in english, make sure to sync your tracker so that the changes are reflected to it.
