How do I set the date & time on a Surge?

I haven't used my Fitbit in over a year and I can't find my Manuel. How do I reset the Date & Time?

Synch your Surge with either your phone or your PC and the date and time will automagically be set.

That is not working. We drove east into the next time zone. The Fitbit advanced an hour.  It never went back to the correct time when we headed back west. Into iour regular time zone.  The Tablet the fitbit sincs to has the correct time.

It advanced the hour again for daylight savings, so it's still one hour ahead after the time change
