How do I specifically synch my surge to my computer. I placed the doggle in the computer and the watch near the computer/. What next must I do

You will find the steps on how to connect with your Fitbit Surge in the computer using Fitbit Connect, which connects via Wireless Dongle. If can also use a Window 10 computer with Fitbit Connect for PCs with no built-in Bluetooth.
Please note that if your Windows 10 has built-in Bluetooth you will have available the Fitbit App on the Windows Store. Once you've logged in into your Fitbit Account you will see the option to sync with a little "spinning wheel", after going to "Account" > "Surge".

Installing the Fitbit app is the main thing to do. Where you find it depends on your computer type and age.
